Lovely light double bedroom in modern cosy homely flat, sharing with another easygoing friendly female. All bills included in the rent, which is due the first of each month. This room has an en-suite.

Existing flat mate is Ioanna who is 29 and works as a lab technician.

Looking for someone considerate, sensible and friendly to live in the flat, who's happy to have the odd girlie night in. This won’t suit a party animal.
The room will be let without a parking space, however there is non permit parking in the roads opposite the Flat, and when Ioanna is away she can give you the permit if needed. There is a bus stop outside the front of the flats which goes straight in to town or to Gloucester Road. Parson Street train station is 2 minutes walk. The Flat is only 20 mins walk from bustling and character filled North Street.

If you think this is the flat for you, please get in touch and I can arrange a time for you to pop and meet Ioanna as I'm in London a lot. I'm a very easy going live out landlord, interested in finding someone responsible and reliable and a good match for Ioanna who is really lovely.
