Master Bedroom With Garden Near Victoria Park

Looking for a wonderful 34-50 year old, easygoing female to move in with me, Jo (owner occupier) and Molly and her elderly doggo, Chalky, and call our house home. £575 incl. all bills.

Double master bedroom with built in wardrobe and bay windows.
The room is large and bright. Available furnished, unfurnished or partly furnished, it's your call.... There's currently a vintage dressing table and bed frame/mattress. The room has blinds and black out curtains. The large desk and chair in the photos are current roommate.

There is no dining room (breakfast bar in kitchen). 2nd toilet downstairs. Wood floors downstairs. Bathroom with (great) shower and freestanding bath. Double glazed windows and doors throughout so it's very secure, quiet and warm. Fast broadband, TV with Apple TV/Fire stick. Loft available for gear, boxes etc. A long thin garden with rear bike access. There's a shed for bikes and other bits. Trying a vege garden this year but in a slug battle so failing.

It really is a great location near the wonderful Victoria Park and the Victoria Park pub, which has a great menu, pizza oven and an amazing pub garden for summer. We are a 20 minute walk to Temple Meads/5 mins to Bedminster station or 25 minutes to the centre of town. There's plenty of street parking right outside and great access to roads if you commute in and out of Bristol.

I'm, Jo, a television producer/director (science and natural history/ specialist factual, adventure) who is sometimes in London Monday to Friday (post covid) or away on shoots but otherwise working from home even before the pandemic. I love good food (pescatarian), wine and beer and run everyday to compensate for this. I travel as much as possible which generally includes snowboarding and SCUBA but much more often is for work. Outgoing, friendly and quick to laugh and just looking for someone who will keep an easygoing, fun vibe in the house. Looking for someone to think of my house as a home and feel totally at ease here and of course treat it well (e. g. keep it clean). Dogs welcome but Chalky won't go for a feline roommate.

I am open to a Monday to Friday lets too. Smoking/Vaping outside only.
