Single Room for Masters/PhD Student

I want to rent out the back bedroom in my house, ideally to a Masters or PhD student. This is a comfortable 3 bedroom terraced house in Windmill Hill with a large livingroom/diner with a wood-burning stove, a large kitchen and a bathroom with shower, basin and toilet but no bath. You can safely keep a bicycle in the back garden and there is on-street parking. The house has double glazing and wooden floors downstairs. The back bedroom has a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk. My lodger would share the use of the livingroom, kitchen, bathroom and garden.

It is important to me to find someone I can get on with, as this is my home. It is also home to Milly, a friendly little black labrador cross. Ideally I would like to rent out the room for eight months or longer.
