Large double room in 2 bed flat in Windmill Hill

Hi!

My name is Cristina and I am looking for a housemate to replace my current housemate who is moving back to London.

The Flat

It's a 2 bed maisonette on 2 levels - the first level consists of the entrance and hallway, kitchen, upstairs toilet and my
room. Down the stairs, the second level contains your room, the bathroom, storage cupboard and living room. The living room has French doors that open onto a patio garden. The bedrooms are quite far away from each other on different levels so we tend not to disturb each other which is handy.

The room is a decent size and is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and set of shelves. There is definitely space for another chest of drawers or possibly a desk if needed.

Split between the two of us, the bills (electricity, gas, internet, council tax, water) are around £125 each pm.

Me and my Dad jointly own the flat so the rent goes to him and I am around to help get things sorted if needed.

I am 28 and work in law. I love travelling, cooking, walking/hiking, skiing (when I can) and going for drinks / dinner with friends.

You

I am looking for someone who is friendly, clean and considerate. I have a busy job and am out and away quite a lot but also like to have people round for dinner/drinks etc when I can. No couples or pets (sorry).
