Lovely House near North Street

Hi all,

I have a house with a room available to rent from September as my lovely housemate is moving out to live with her girlfriend. The house is located a 5 minute walk from North Street and a 10 minute walk from East Street.
It's a lovely house, a decent size and has a suntrap garden that we've spent a lot of time on.

The advert says unfurnished but only the bedroom is unfurnished and my housemate may be willing to sell her furniture on.

Ideally I'm looking for a young professional to join me in this house. It would be great to have some friendly and sociable who is happy to chat in the evenings but also likes to have time to themselves.

A little about myself; I am an optometrist who works on East Street. I love gardening, eating good food, movie nights and I play the piano, clarinet and cello so if you appreciate a musical house even better :-)
