Sunny Double Room in Chessels House

Hey All

Looking for a friendly; respectful professional to let a lovely sunny double room in my Bedminster house!

The house has two bedrooms and a loft space - which is a great space for guests !

The room is fully furnished with a double bed & mattress; blackout blind; white wardrobe & chest of drawers and in-built oak shelves and desk.

There is a cosy living room and a large kitchen diner with bi-fold doors out onto the oak decked garden/terrace which is perfect for BBQs and relaxing after work. Also a stylish bathroom with a digital shower!

The house is in a great neighbourhood, very friendly and just a stone's throw from North Street so plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, as well as a comedy club, theatre, and gym on your doorstep.

There is free parking outside but no bike storage atm unfortunately although happy to discuss organising a bike lock at the front of the house.

The city centre is a 20 minute walk; Wapping Wharf is 12 mins and Bristol Temple Meads train station/ Bristol bus station are just 25 minutes away.

I am a yoga teacher/lawyer and will be at home a fair bit during the day. I would therefore prefer somebody who is not working from home all of the time - occasionally would be fine!.

Whilst I love parties and festivals these days I dont drink alcohol and would prefer somebody who isn't a big drinker or who also doesn't drink.

You must also like cats as I intend to get one (or maybe two) soon!

I am learning to play the kora (am just back from 6 months travelling in Africa where I began learning this beautiful instrument - similar to a harp) and am also keen to start up a dance class now that I am back in Bristol. I also enjoy spending time with and cooking for friends, reading & long walks in nature.
