I (Steve) have a furnished double room for rent in a lovely 3 bedroom, victorian terraced house in Bedminster. The house has a cute decked garden, large open plan living/dining area downstairs, comes with sky tv, Internet, washing machine, tumble dryer etc.
The house is situated five minutes walk away from north street (with loads of cool bars and shops), a half hour walk to the city centre and really close to local bus links so its a great location.
So just to tell you a bit about myself..... I am a young professional working 9-5. Weekdays tend to be pretty chilled then i tend to let my hair down at the weekend so i would be looking for a professional guy’s or girl’s in their 20s or early 30s with a similar outlook!
The rent is £535 (including all bills) so if you're interested please contact Steven by phone or email. The deposit will be £500 and there is no agency fee. I am looking to fill this room 9th November 2019. I look forward to hearing from you!
