Master room, Mon - Fri, Coeliac Friendly

Ideally I would like a Coeliac lodger to avoid cross contamination in the kitchen. However I have made arrangements for separate fridge/freezer, storage, cooking and eating facilities for people who are not, You would therefore need to make sure you work only within one part of the kitchen and avoid food etc going in drawers and anywhere I keep food or cook and you will need to wash up separately to me.

The house is a very comfortable 3 bed semi with large garden and big rooms and has off street parking. I also have a secure bike shed with space for probably one more bike if required. The house has been done up so is in a very good condition. I live right next to Parson Street train station and I have a bus stop (no 76) outside the door which also hosts the new metro bus (route M1) to the centre and north Bristol (Filton ~45min). Walking to the harbourside only takes around 20 mins..

The master room is the one that is available which is very spacious and has a new bed and matress, a double wardrobe, side table, mirror, desk and chair. I have also put a lock on the bedroom door. Virgin cable broadband is included and I am happy to wash bedding and clean the room at end of week.

I would prefer references however I appreciate that for some this could be first time letting and its something that could be discussed.

I currently work from home and tend to get up and go to bed early so I am definitely not looking for a party goer / late night person. I like to keep the house clean and tidy so I would like someone who can keep to this as much as possible.
