I'm looking for a likeminded working professional in their late 20s/early 30s who likes cats and enjoys occasional low key sofa socialising during the week (wine optional).

The double room available (bed can stay or go) has huge built-in wardrobe space and fixed bedside shelves.

The house has an large open plan dining and living area with fire place, leading onto the kitchen and opening out onto a small garden. Upstairs are 2 main bedrooms (doubles), a large bathroom: bath with shower, WC and basin and there is a small third bedroom great for visitors/laundry etc.

My current housemate and I put £650 p/m into a house account to cover rent & bills at the moment
One-off letting/admin fee of £50.
I don't own the house, just renting it!

You'd be sharing with myself and my cat Nala, who I rescued in Spain and is very friendly. I work for an outdoorsy travel agent (think yurts and treehouses) on Harbourside, flexing between home working and office at present. Weekends vary between wholesome ones visiting family in Wiltshire or getting out and meetings friends here in Bristol. I love to cook and will happily share meals during the week, if you're into cooking too.
