Double room with private bathroom in Bishopston

We have a double room with en suite to rent in our beautiful home on a quiet tree lined street. The room is available for a single person or a couple (the cost for a couple is £1000 pm inc bills). The double room is on the third floor away from our other 2 main bedrooms which are on the 2nd floor. The room is in a converted loft space which has its own toilet/shower room. The room looks out over the roof tops towards the cricket ground which is 2 streets away. The room has recently been decorated and the bed had a new mattress last year. We are just 5 mins walk away from St Andrews park and the Gloucester Road on a lovely quiet tree lined street. We have no drive way but there is street parking.

The kitchen was newly refurbished last year which is now a beautiful space for cooking and preparing food. We have a kitchen/diner with space to relax and a big lounge (which is used by the family in the evenings) and another toilet on the ground floor.

My partner and I have the main bedroom on the 2nd floor. We sometimes go away on the weekends camping and canoeing. Our 20 year old daughter is home from uni for the summer and will be using the spare room on the 2nd floor (but she is often out working or at festivals!). There is also another spare single room on the third floor next to the room for rent in the attic, this is not rented and mainly used for storage (as it has access to our eve storage) and the occasional visitor as it has a single bed in there. We have a small but pretty garden with a patio which has a table and chairs for dining/sitting out. St Andrews park is a few minutes walk away and a lovely place to walk, run, have a coffee or a picnic.

This is a short term let for approximately 1 month to 5 months. We are looking for the right tenant for our beautiful home but are open minded about gender, age, career etc. What is important is that the tenants have respect for our beautiful home.
