Double room available in large penthouse

Hey

I have a double room available in my beautiful flat on Ashley down road. The room is a small double however there is a large living area and roof terrace with great views over North Bristol. I have an en-suite so the new roommate would have the main bathroom to themselves with the exception of any visitors to the flat. There is one other house mate, a cat called Simba and he's a little legend and very relaxed. The number 70 bus leaves directly outside the flat and can take you to temple meads via the centre or up to UWE campus. Gloucester road is a 10 min walk and full of cafe, bars etc.

About me... consider myself pretty chilled out. I work as a free-lance designer. I enjoy cooking, a good glass of Vino, travelling, going to the gym, the outdoors and generally catching up with mates.

The new house mate... Looking for somebody clean, tidy and respectful and on a similar wave length to myself.
