Double room in lovely house, suitable for couples

Looking ideally for a couple to move in to the nicest home in Bishopston, just off Gloucester Road, sharing just with me. Double room, part furnished. House includes a study, a wood burner, conservatory, ample living space (a separate living room and a kitchen living room), a bathroom and downstairs loo, huge attic and shed for storage, garden and allotment.
it's a couple moving out and we currently split the rent 60/40, hence the request for couples- would obviously accept non couples too if it was in someones budget!
No agency fees, deposit held in protection scheme through private landlady.

I'm just about to turn 30, like being outdoors, making things and into my cooking. I work as a freelance maker/writer/crafter/art director.
Looking for some housemates who want a home as much as a house, like doing things together as well as enjoying their own space.
