Lovely large room in quiet house

A large furnished room with a large walk in wardrobe is available to rent in our family home. The room has a single bed, large sofa, desk, chest of drawers and a walk in wardrobe. It is south facing and sunny. Next to the room is a room for your own fridge and storage area, next to that is the washing machine and a bathroom which will be mostly yours. There is another family bathroom upstairs which we use. On the same ground floor is a nice large kitchen with access to a very large peaceful garden.

The house is in a lovely road off the Gloucester Road and is about a twenty minute walk to the centre or University.

We are looking for a friendly, respectful person. We have two grown up children who no longer live with us but may stay occasionally.
