1 large bright downstairs bedroom to rent in a 4-bed house in Bishopston, just around the corner from the Golden Lion on Gloucester Road. Available for one month, until March 16th when we'll all sadly have to move on. Semi-furnished with a wardrobe and bed. We also have a lovely big garden, planning a bonfire or two before we leave to celebrate the nice times we've had together! We all love cooking, and make dinner for each other every now and then - no obligation there though. We're friendly and welcoming, and personally, this has been the nicest houseshare I've ever lived in! James (33, PhD bat researcher) and Antony (36, wildlife photographer) are both fantastic (and handsome), I'm very nice too and the house is a really relaxing place to be.
Available from now until 16th March, £400 bills included, no deposit. Come over and have a cup of tea with us!
