Double Room Amazing House in Bishopston St Andrews

Located just around the corner from St. Andrews Park, and minutes from Gloucester Road, this Victorian house is big and beautiful. The house has a lounge, dining area, conservatory, bathroom, downstairs toilet, and a large kitchen with plenty of storage. There's a fantastic garden, which is south-facing and great for BBQs. The room for rent is a good sized double in the loft space, with your own stairs. It's has a built in wardrobe, but other than that it's unfurnished.

It's a 3 bed house with a lot of original features and you would be living with Dan and Matt (both 37). Matt works in educational training, and I have my own business. The room is available because our housemate Jo is moving away; she will be sorely missed but we're looking forward to meeting someone new and exciting to share with. We are looking for a female housemate to maintain a mix of genders in the house, as it’s nice having male and female opinions on stuff. We're easy going, fairly clean and tidy but not extreme. We enjoy going out to socialise, and we have our own interests, but also enjoy cooking, a few glasses wine and a good film.
