We are Mina, Katie and Harry and we have a spare room coming available in our big flat in Bishopston. We are looking for a new housemate who is up for joining us in creating a happy home. We are looking for someone who is up for being social some of the time but equally who respects personal space. We all enjoy live music, love nature, having a house fire and are pretty up for exploring things Bristol has to offer.
The flat is pretty cool although the pics don't do it justice. It is over two floors, includes a large living room with a working fireplace, a modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. GCH with modern energy efficient boiler, a good quality shower over bath, fast internet, bicycle storage in garage. The flat is large but very homely. The landlord is really nice and we are very lucky as it's just 5 minutes walk from Gloucester Road.
The rent includes council tax and bills are around an extra 70 per month.
Initial 6-month contract, no agency fees.
