The loft room is a large sunny space with a modern en suite, king size bed, fitted wardrobes, Netflix and high speed wi fi.
The house is a 4 bed semi situated on a quiet road in St Andrews with plenty of free parking. Downstairs we have a lounge and a large kitchen diner which overlooks a pretty garden.
St Andrews is close to the city centre and Clifton and has excellent local transport links, to Southmead Hospital, MOD and UWE, which are also close by. We are a short walk away from Montpellier train station and Gloucester Road which has a varied selection of thriving independent shops and cafes.
I live in the house with my Japanese Shiba Inu called Magnus, he is quiet, house trained and very friendly. I also have an 20 year old at university, who occasionally pops home for weekends/holidays. I am easygoing and friendly but respectful of anyone’s privacy and need for space. I am also fully vaccinated for COVID.
