Hi, looking for a third housemate to move into a double bedroom within our 3 bed house. Super chilled house, extremely spacious and the joy of sharing with two professionals.

Available 1st August 2019.

Large house, garden and good sized rooms with cleaner, by broadband, dishwasher, 1 bathroom and another separate WC.

Superb location just off Gloucester Road, Bishopston. 30 secs walk to the Lazy Dog pub, 5 min walk to Gloucester Road. Surrounded by bus stops and not too far from Montpelier train station.

Professionals only. Looking for easy going, clean, reliable housemates who can keep the house tidy etc.

£433.33 deposit
£53 council tax
£41 energy bills
£13 sky broadband

All of the above upfront and then approx max £500 per month for everything.
