Room in friendly shared house nr Gloucester Rd

We are a friendly shared house of 4 young(ish) professionals looking for 5th sociable, nice and clean member to add to our team! The room is available from 1st September and is an excellent deal compared to lettings in the area.

All inclusive bills, a very friendly and responsive landlord (this is his only rented property), a friendly mix of housemates and our large garden are the main selling points of the house. We are sociable most weekends and good weather can see Summer BBQs etc!

We are on a quiet, safe road near Gloucester Road. The £410 also includes a cleaner who helps keep the house in good condition.

Please note:
- The room is on the small side (1st photo) with a single bed hence the price.

- The photos are of the house when new, it now has a more ‘lived in’ look to it but still clean. We are awaiting new garden furniture (in progress).
