Double Bedroom Available

One of our housemates is off travelling so the room will be available from mid September.

The house is furnished and has a big kitchen and big living room. It is a 5 bed house but there is 3 bathrooms with showers.

You would be living with 1 male and 3 females. There is myself, Nick, Hattie and Lois. All of us work Monday-Friday jobs so do this during the week then chill in the evenings. Weekends will often be filled with an adventure or some drinking.

The house is in a great location on Ashley Down Road just a couple of minutes from Gloucester Road. The local pub is always key when moving into a property and we are just a minute walk away from The Lazy Dog which is a great pub. There is plenty of on street parking if you drive or easy access to buses. We have a patio out the back that gets used in the summer to enjoy some drinks in the sun, on the few weeks we have any.

As everyone I imagine we are looking for someone that wants to socialise and have fun with us but also respectful of each other. If you think this can be you then come and meet us for a viewing and a tea/beer.

Photos of the room have been uploaded, the desk and chair in the corner of the room I believe will be going but the rest of the furniture will be staying.

The landlord is pretty good if there is ever any issue she is on it pretty fast.
