Large Single Room in Shared Comfortable House

I have a nice furnished spare room, (about 9’ x 12’), available to rent. My kids have grown up and left home, hence am now looking for a professional person to come and live here. I’m very open about who I’m looking to share with, but having said that, I would not want to live with anybody who does not want to be part of the European union. I work part time from home 3 days a week. Three of us currently live here, it’s a pretty big house spread over 3 floors.
I think it’s an amazing location, it’s a residential area, yet at the same time, it’s just off the Gloucester Road in Bishopston. There are bus routes within 5 minutes walk at either end of the road, which give easy access to the centre, Filton, Southmead Hospital, Aztec, Clifton, etc.
The rent is £400 pcm which includes all bills. Smoking isn’t permitted in the house, but there is an outside smoking area. Sorry no pets. No DSS.
