One large double room in a lovely house share

Hello!

Two of us will be moving on from our lovely houseshare so we are looking for two friendly females to take over the large front double bedroom, and the smaller front double bedroom.

The current two female housemates are both 31. We’ve enjoyed relaxing together as a house in the evenings, catching up over a takeaway and a glass of vino, but have otherwise lead our own lives outside of the house. Hoping to find similar people of similar age to become our new housemates.

Ideal housemates need to be clean, tidy, careful and considerate of the house and everyone that lives here. We love our home and like to look after it. It’s a nice and quiet place to live, but in close walking distance to busier Gloucester Road with shops bars and restaurants.

Our house has 4 bedrooms, a huge kitchen with a lounge, a shared bathroom, separate 2nd toilet downstairs and a garden ideal for summertime with a double garage for storage. Our private landlady is more than happy to help with anything that needs doing around the house.

The rent for the large upstairs double is £450pm. Room deposit is £400 and bills around £85pm. The larger room must be taken by 19th August but the room can be available to move in anytime after 9th August.

The rent for the smaller upstairs double is £385pm. Room deposit is £400 and bills around £85pm. The date the smaller room is available from is currently unconfirmed but will be around the end of August.

The bedrooms do NOT come furnished.
