Gloucester Road Room

Room available on the awesome Gloucester Road.
I am looking for a new housemate to share a two-bed flat with.

The room is an unfurnished double with a built-in wardrobe. The rest of the flat is furnished.
Large living/dining room and kitchen and a sunny balcony terrace. Large sofa bed and big tv.
There is private parking downstairs.
Bills are pretty average I would say £100 or so a month.

I am a professional therapist and nanny looking for a professional housemate.
Would like to be friends with whoever moves in.
I am pretty sociable and like spending time with mates, but when we are in together, it would be great to cook some meals and hang out. Also share the cleaning etc.
I am tidy and clean and I hope I am a pretty awesome cook, I certainly love making a good dinner.

This area is fantastic, easy to get to town or North Bristol and buses straight to South Bristol. The shops, restaurants and pubs round here are great.
The apartment block is a safe new build with great neighbors.
