2 double rooms available October

My two housemates are moving out at the end of our contract in October, so seeking 2 new housemates to fill large double rooms. One room could be available asap. Both good sized doubles, with a good shared bathroom. One room will be part furnished and the other furniture is available to buy off the old housemate The rest of the house is furnished. The property is let through ocean, so would need working professionals with good references. They have fees plus a month and half deposit.
Nice house just off Gloucester Road, great location. Street parking, little garden. Friendly female housemate. Bills split equally between us.
