Lovely peaceful double room for a professional Monday -Friday lodger in my newly decorated Ashley Down house.
*The room's currently priced for MONDAY arrival - FRIDAY departure. The PCM price can be adjusted for fewer or more nights.*
Your double room comes fully furnished with a brand new double bed and mattress, drawers and wardrobe. Bed linen and towels can also be provided for a small fee; all other bills are included apart from landline calls.
My home has new carpet in the upstairs bedrooms and also has a brand new bathroom.
The home's bright and relaxing with a sunny garden and is situated in a really quiet location on the edge of the Ashley Vale providing a restful location at the end of a busy day.
There's also a large lounge diner, garden, an upstairs family bathroom and a WC downstairs - so no queuing for the loo as it'll be just me, you and my little 'tuxedo' cat here!
The modern and spacious home's in a quiet green spot just 10 mins walk to the wonderful Glossy Rd's bars and restaurants which is great for that evening meal out if you fancy after a hard day at work. If not, no worries, you'll have use of the well equipped kitchen in this peaceful house. There's free off street parking and a safe place to store one's bike.
The home's just 25 mins walk/8 min cycle to central Bristol and Temple Meads. You can directly access the Concorde Way bike path which offers safe 10 mins cycling to the MOD, AVIVA, HP, UWE, Parkway etc... It's also just a 5 mins drive to the M32 and 2 mins to the A38, both great for car and bus access to Airbus, Rolls-Royce and Aztec West. And it's on the main bus route to the city centre/Temple Meads and Parkway.
I'm a city professional and am often busy with work. I like to take it easy when at home and enjoy a vino on an evening over a homemade meal or taking a short 5 min walk to one of the many local pubs.
