This is a really nice 3 bedroomed victorian house with garden and close to Gloucester Rd and all its cafes, bars and shops. There are great bus links into the city centre and mainline stations. Im looking for an easy going professional man or woman needing a room for a 3 to 6 month period. Im self employed so work at home and am quite often away. Im sociable but also respect people's space. Rent includes all bills.
