Double bedroom & own bathroom

Current housemate is moving out and so looking for someone to take their place.

A bit about me: I'm Charis, I'm in my early thirties living in Ashley Down. I like going out at the weekends, whether it's exploring Bristol, shopping, visiting friends or spending the afternoon in a beer garden. During the weekdays I tend to be quieter; the occasional evening out for dinner or meeting up with friends but usually chilling at home and often watching trash tv!


A bit about the flat: The rent includes all bills, and a one month deposit is required.

Located by the cricket ground in Ashley Down, a short walk to Gloucester Road, near by Co-op and lovely local pubs.

It's a lovely bright spacious flat, with an open plan living room and dining room. The room on offer is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and lamps. Access to your own bathroom (I have an en-suite) with shower and bath. There are communal gardens which are beautifully maintained and free parking on the road.
