Quite house, lovely garden.. Good bus routes..

My name is Josey. I live at the property with my friendly dog. The property is a 20min bus journey from city centre, really good bus routes. 66, 67.. Quite house, in a quite location.. I have a woodburner and a large beautiful garden... My son has just left home and feel that my spare room would be perfect for a student as the rent is cheap and i am very easy going and love to cook dinners.. , very large double bed. with shelves and space for study etc.. Parking is excellent. clean and tidy house.
