Double room in mid-terrace house

Hi folx, I'm a queer/bi NHS worker who's looking for someone to go on the tenancy with me. I'm re-advertising because my previous housemate was a part-time student who had to stop working due to illness.

I currently work in the vaccination program and so I need you to have had both vaccinations because I work with clinically vulnerable people.

The house is a 2-bed mid-terrace in Withywood, in a very quiet area with views over the hills. The room is furnished with a double bed and a side table, and has a built-in wardrobe / cupboard. The house has a good-sized living room, bathroom, and kitchen, with a south-facing garden and a shed at the bottom, and a garage too. It's also only about 2 minutes' walk from a 76 bus stop.

I'm pretty quiet and chilled out, don't go out all that often at the moment due to being tired from work (I work 3 13-hour shifts per week) and to try be as safe as possible during the pandemic. Having said that, I am trying to go to LARP whenever possible at the moment, as that's relatively safe. I do have a cat and pets are allowed on the tenancy agreement.
