Double room for rent £550 all bills included - Bishopsworth/Withywood. Will consider Monday-Friday and short term lets.

75 bus stop at end of the road goes through Bedminster into town. Street parking. Green spaces nearby.

Room is furnished and comes with double bed, rail wardrobe, chest of draws and bedside cabinet and lamp.
If you want to work from home there is space in the bedroom for a small size desk and chair.

In my early 30s (I'm the live in landlord). I have a dog.
I work from home for a charity.
My home is a queer, poly, disabled friendly household.

Not big drinker/party hard girl but I do go out about once a month! I like reading and board games and trying not to kill my house plants 🙈

I pretty independent, but enjoy a daily natter, occasionally cook/have dinner together, watch films, play board games etc.

So ideal place for someone who likes their space, but also wants to be social.

The house 🏠

Communal lounge, kitchen and bathroom.
There is a dishwasher. We have a tumble dryer and washing machine which is in the lean too the previous owners built. You can store stuff in there but it's more like a shed than a proper extension!

✨ Accessibility: room on first floor up stairs, hand rail/banister half way up. Shower in bathroom only, with small step to enter.

Small front garden with concrete steps and handrail to enter house. There is two steps into the lean to/utility room to get to the washer and dryer.

There is a bigger back garden with decking, but it's a work in progress, and as I'm disabled and doing it alone it's taking a while! But this summer we did get the projector out and watch a film, and I go and sit out there for fresh air on work breaks 😊
