Large, bright double room for rent

I have a large, sunny double room for rent in my home in Bishopsworth. The room is furnished with bed, drawers, wardrobe and bedside tables, with extra space for a desk if needed and has been recently redecorated so it’s really fresh and cosy.. All other spaces in the house will be shared, which I’ve put a lot of time and care into making a homey and calm sanctuary so it’s a really nice place to live.

The house is a lovely 1930s property with separate kitchen, diner, living room and a shared bathroom. There is a large, sunny garden with a new patio which will be fab for summer!

I’m hoping to find someone friendly and relaxed, naturally tidy and considerate of the space being my home. I would ideally like to live with another female. I’m happy with doing my own thing but still like to be social, go for drinks, out for dinner, and enjoy going on walks, going to yoga and the gym. I’m keen to find someone compatible with a mix of similar interests so it feels a comfortable home for both of us!

There are 2 bus routes within a 5 minute walk, the house is a 10-15 minute drive to North St, the Harbourside, Clifton Village, or to Bristol Airport. There’s also drive way space for a small car. I frequently walk into the centre in the summer which takes around 50 minutes, not the shortest stroll but definitely doable and a good way to get steps in! The house is also relatively close to the countryside and the surrounding areas of south Bristol for days exploring.

Initially this will be a short term - up to 6 month basis to start with, with potential to extend. I generally work in the office 3 days a week so would prefer a housemate with a similar working schedule.
