Large Single room in spacious house south Bristol

One of our current house mates is hitting the road, so we are looking for a new housemate to join us.

I enjoy things like the cinema, books and the theatre, I also sing in couple of choirs, which is good fun. My housemate has a busy social life as well. It would be great to find someone who will be up for hanging out now and then, sharing a few drinks, or maybe having the odd movie night. We both work 9-5 ish and are hoping to find a housemate who does similar hours.

The single room is a good size and comes with a single bed, set of drawers and wardrobe. There is a nice comfy lounge with smart tv and Xbox, a BIG kitchen, decent bathroom, and a decent garden.. There's a car parking space, and a shed out the back for your bike, if you like to cycle. The broadband is really fast here, and all the bills are included. Washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave & dishwasher all included.

I'm respectful of people's own space, and definitely want it to feel like your home too.

Bishopsworth is a nice area, and you're only a 12min drive from trendy Southville, Ashton Court Estate, and a shorter drive to Hengrove leisure centre. It's only a 5min walk to the number 76 bus stop, which takes you to Bedminster, the city centre, Broadmead, and right up the Gloucester Road.

The house is right opposite Merchants Academy which has a really good cheap gym.
