1 double room 500pcm bills Included

Currently renting 2 bed house in South Bristol. £500pcm with bills included, Free parking and WIFI. I am looking for someone to sublet for 6 months. The landlord is really good and really attentive if need be.

It's 10 minutes drive from city centre and 5 minute walk to the shops, plenty of bus routes and 10 minutes drive from the airport.

Room is furnished with double bed, built in wardrobe and shelves. Plenty of storage in the home with a garden and shed.

I work full time and spend some evenings at the gym, cooking or watching tv series. I like to think i am quite laid back and friendly. I like to spend some weekends visiting my family in Cornwall or siblings in London.

I would preferably like to live with a clean and tidy female who likes cats. If you are interested please feel free to message ☺
