I'm a single professional woman looking for a respectful female housemate to share my home on a short term basis. The house is for sale, so period of tenancy will be flexible and for a short term based in sale completion. This double room can come furnished or unfurnished, although there are fixed storage cabinets on the walls. The whole house is newly renovated to a high standard. Must love dogs as I have a husky, he is very cuddly! Small pets would be welcome but unfortunately no cats or dogs. There is storage available in the garage and loft, as well as a study that can be used for home working/studying. Plenty of off street parking, right next to Aztec West and with lots of transport connections.
