Lovely 3 bed town house looking for new housemate

Three bed town story house 5 minute walk to Tescos and Willow Brook shopping centre. Also very close to M5/M4 and Aztec West.

The ground floor is an open plan kitchen/living room with a small private garden/patio outside. Second floor is my bedroom as well as a bathroom and spare room.

The room is also on the top floor, double bedroom with double bed and built in wardrobe.

There is also a garage to for extra storage.

Rent is 350 with bills coming to approximately 120 extra each month.

I'm 27 year old female working professional. I like to go out and socialise with my freinds at the weekend but during weekdays I'm pretty chilled and get on with my work.

Ideally we would like a housemate that is quite sociable that will come home and have a chat with a cuppa rather than hide in their room all night. We are looking to for someone to move in at the latest by the beginning of August.

The house is rented though a letting agent and therefore there is an initial referencing fee.
