All housemates have their own cupboards, fridge and freezer spaces.
There is a secluded rear garden, a bit of a sun trap, with patio, bicycle store and decking areas.
There is plenty of off-street parking.
Utility bills and rates etc included. There is BT Infinity fibre broadband. We don't make additional charges for leases, checks, inspections etc, so please be assured the rent covers your bills!
Cleaners and a gardener come in to keep the shared areas looking good weekly. All bills are included, as are all the kitchen things you will need like an Ironing Board, pots and pans, Iron, crockery etc - just bring yourself.
It's in a great location - a couple of minutes from the M4/M5 junction, five minutes' walk from the Willow Brook shopping centre (Tescos, Boots, KFC, Costa, Subway etc), leisure centre, gym, pub and local facilities, its easy walking distance of Aztec West, and just over a mile from Patchway Station (access to Filton, Stoke Gifford, Bristol or north of Bristol). The centre of Bristol is also commutable from here ether by car or by train (about 9 minutes on the train, easy access via the M32 by car). Major bus routes go past the end of the road - two minutes on foot to the bus-stop, and there's very easy access to main road routes and motorways if you are a frequent traveler.
