Large furnished room in quiet home, set back from road and backing onto farm fields, walking distance to bus routes into town, near Parkway Station & J17 M5.

Sharing with myself and my friendly Staffy Jake - we are a quiet happy home, looking for a independent, relaxed lodger. I work for myself, so sometimes from home or away with work. We have a lovely garden, shed with secure bike storage, on road parking is free and available. We have sky, WiFi, washing machine (no tumble dryer/microwave) included in bills.

Bathroom is shared with myself, I often train at gym so can shower there and be flexi with lodger if you have set times. Same with kitchen/living room and cooking.

Minimum 1 month, happy to consider 5 day rents on contract and price for right person. Must be happy with Jake.
