1 Double Room in Shared House available

Hello, i'm looking for a housemate to replace a friend who is moving to a different city. The room is a double and comes unfurnished. The house is a decent size and will be shared with me. There are 2 toilets (one upstairs, and one down). There's a full bathroom upstairs, a decent sized kitchen and dining area, and a decent sized living room. It is based in Brentry/Southmead, and is very well connected by bus and is close to the motorway. There is also a vast amount of parking available at the front of the house, so if you drive that is perfect.

The room is around 412 a month, plus bills, which between 2 people tends to be about 150 a month. That is for Water, Gas, Electric, Internet, Council Tax, and TV License.

I am a relaxed and easy going guy who is currently needing to work from home. I'm pretty easy on who i live with, i would just prefer a more relaxed environment. I'm long passed my house party days. I can be a little shy around new people. Me personally, I'm a bit of an introvert, bit of music geek, love film (especially horror), would be great to have a movie night, and like to cook. I spend much of my time either at gigs, out on walks, or at the cinema. I'm also very LGTB friendly.

I would love to hear from you, and see if if we'd be good living together. If we agree, you will need to apply through the landlord, who are very easy going and pleasant. When i moved in there was only referencing and a deposit required, and there were no admin or agent fees aside from about 20 quid.
