I have a double room to rent out in a very nice 3 bedroom detached house with front and rear gardens. It is set in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood in a secluded housing estate of Brentry.
The room comes furnished with double wardrobe, double bed complete with bed side cabinets and lamps with drawer chest.
My house which is only 10 years old has ample parking space and within easy walking distance of local amenities. It is also only 5 minutes drive away from Southmead hospital, Airbus, Cribbs Causeway shopping mall and the M5 motorway. It would therefore be ideally suited to a professional person.
My house is well decorated and fully furnished with all moden appliances, including washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer, HD TV, wireless internet and a burglar alarm sysytem.

I am a friendly, easy going professional person and due to nature of my work, I tend to spend most of the time away from home. Therefore the tenent would have the occupancy of the whole house most of the time.
