There are currently two people living here, myself and Chloe. Both Chloe and I are hard working professionals. We are sociable and friendly, tend to find ourselves having lengthy chats in the kitchen or enjoy a good Netflix binge.
Tristan (The landlord) lives elsewhere but is always at the end of the phone, he is very friendly and approachable.

What we are looking for:

We would like to share with another professional who doesn't hide away. We work long hours and enjoy a friendly relaxed atmosphere around the house.
With this place it's not just a house it's a welcoming home which you can treat as your own, visitors are welcome.
Obviously someone clean and tidy is preferred.

The house is in a fantastic position, less than £10 Uber to the centre, walking distance from Sandy Park Road which has a number of local shops and includes a Café Grounded. Around 5 minutes drive away are large Tesco and Sainsbury's Supermarkets.
Just down the road is a bus stop for major route buses however if you fancy walking to the centre it’s only 40 minutes.
