A fun and friendly three bedroom bay fronted property shared between my partner and I. We aren't a couple-y couple to live with and apart from the occasional evening to ourselves we enjoy house-based activities like cooking, going to the pub, walks, entertaining etc. We aren't party animals but we still enjoy drinks at the weekend whether it be in or out!

Our previous housemate was with us for 3 years and over that time we became best friends! So we are keen to find someone who's looking for a nice home and to meet some new friends. We love meeting new people and have a great group of friends in Bristol and all over the country!

The house has just had a new high quality kitchen within a large kitchen / dining area and the house has been renovated throughout. It has a large double living room with a log burner, bar and 43" TV. There is a downstairs W. C., and the garden is spacious and sculpted - perfect for summer activities! Virgin 100mbps broadband and all bills included. We get a cleaner every Friday at no extra cost. There's plenty of kitchen and bathroom storage space as well as a space in the bike store, and parking is readily available on the street.

The location is served by a wide range of amenities including the newly refurbished Langton pub (google 'The Langton Bristol)', supermarkets, cafes, Temple Meads, doctors, parks & woods, etc.

My partner and I are both 27: I am an architect and work from home in my garden office most days, and my partner is a Wigmaker for the film industry working in Bristol. We enjoy going out for food/ drinks, bouldering, skateboarding, camping, cooking, walks, parties, travel etc.

We have a small friendly house cat and a fantastic, well-trained 9 month old Golden Retriever puppy. So someone who enjoys pets would be well suited!

We currently rent the property from family in the interim before we can buy the place, which is great as we won't need to move and can really put our stamp on the place.
