Spacious double in friendly house

Hello!

My girlfriend and I (29/31) are looking for a housemate for our lovely house in Brislington. It’s been recently renovated to a high standard after being painted and having new plush carpets fitted. We’ve got a decent garden and we like to have BBQ’s in the summer.

Bills fluctuate throughout the year but I thought I'd keep it simple and charge a flat £85pcm for everything including 350Mb ultra-fast fibre broadband.

It’s in a great location with only a 2 minute walk to a Sainsbury’s supermarket, 5 mins to the A4 bus stops for the city centre or Bath. And a few mins to the lovely cafes and local shops along Sandy Park Road as well as the open green space of Arno's Court Park. There's a garage to store bikes and there’s free street parking just outside as well.

Your room would be the master bedroom. It has built-in wardrobes providing loads of storage space. If you'd prefer the room furnished I can buy a bed frame for you and there are two new mattresses to choose from.

If you'd prefer it unfurnished that’s all good but you will still have the fitted wardrobes and drawers in there!

There’s two toilets - one’s downstairs and there’s a four piece suite upstairs.

We’d prefer someone that doesn’t smoke and we’re only looking for professionals, not students.

We’re fairly outgoing and active. We like to see friends or family at the weekend and I (Jason) work from home in the week. It’s not a big party house but we’ll have friends over now and again for some drinks or board games. We’re also fans of festivals including Hospitality on the Beach and Boomtown.
