Lovely En-Suite room for Rent in 2 Bed house

Hello,

I am Lydia and I am looking for someone to take over my housemate Emma's room as she is moving in with her partner in September.

The house is a two bedroom house situated in Brislington. Your bedroom is an en-suite bedroom at the back of the house looking out on to the garden. The rent plus bills comes to £600 per month. Your room is partially furnished with a bed and a bedside cabinet. There is plenty of on street non permitted parking.

It is a lovely area which has a big Sainsburys 5 minute walk away, sandy park road 5/10 minute walk away which has a deli, greengrocers, grounded and more. A lovely local pub called the Langton. There is lots of regular buses to the city center, or it is about a 40 minute walk.

I am a nurse who works at Southmead Hospital and I do shift work so a mixture of days/nights. In my free time I love growing vegetables, we currently have a small army of tomato plants in the gardens :) spending time with my friends, going for walks and runs and doing crafts.

I am looking for someone to come share the house who is looking for a home rather than just a room to rent. Someone who is up for spending time together whether that be sharing a bottle of wine while watching a movie or going for a walk. But I am also very respectful of you having your own life/space as well. Looking for professionals only and unfortunately no couples.
