So I am looking for either a professional person or mature student, who is looking for a clean large double room that has been recently decorated with a double bed, desk, wardrobe, and WIFI.

There are two bathrooms a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine, it is situated on Churchill road Brislington, off Sandy Park road close to large Sainsbury's, plus lots of shops and Grounded restaurant on the local high st. There are very good transport links into Temple Meads and the city centre off the Bath road which is approximately 5 minutes walk from the house, off road parking is also available
