We're looking for chilled out, sociable house mate to rent double room x1 in a clean and modern home; people who will treat the home like their own rather than ‘a tenant’ is essential.

All cooking utensils such as saucepans, crockery and cutlery included.
Large and airy furnished double bedroom for rent as one of three bedrooms.
Bedrooms are furnished with large oak wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets.
Conservatory to the rear of the property.
Large back garden, partially grassed and decked.

There is a Co-op within walking distance and the No 1 bus stops just outside the house for easy access to Temple Meads train station, the City Centre and Cribbs Causeway.

On street parking is available nearby but there is not an allocated space.

The rent is £700 with ALL BILLS INCLUDED in the price (reasonable usage). References will be required.
