Summer Let - Until End Of August

Hello! I have two rooms available now for a professional or mature student. The rooms can be available for someone who needs somewhere to stay in Bristol from Monday – Friday for £600 a month or on a full time basis for £800 a month. The rooms are only available until the end of August 2023.
The rooms are furnished with a double bed + mattress, chest of drawers/wardrobe, desk. The rooms share a bathroom . There is a lovely large garden and off-street parking available. Open plan kitchen/diner/living room. It’s a quiet residential street with easy access into town – 15 mins driving or there’s an express bus. All bills and weekly cleaner included.
Non-smokers and no pets please (although a friendly cat lives in the house too). I would prefer to share with females.
