Room in bright, cosy home 🌻

Hi! 🌻

We are looking for a new housemate to join our home. It has a peaceful, warm and friendly atmosphere - plus a garden and hot tub! The light that comes through the French doors makes downstairs feel like a yoga studio, they open out to a wooden patio and garden giving a feeling of space and lots of light.

We are located a short cycle from the river ( I keep saying I will start going for morning dips - so would be great to have someone eager to join!) and are close to Arnos Vale, Flash Point and Paintworks. We have a little high street a stones throw away with a local Deli, green grocers and local crafts store.

We are both out and about quite a lot but when we are in, home is a sanctuary and somewhere to relax and nurture self care - we are both very independent but it would be nice to live with someone we could become friends with.

As it’s open plan downstairs it would probably suit someone with a similar routine who doesn’t work from home so that the living space can maintain its calm feel. We would like to find a housemate in their 30’s (please don’t message if you’re younger - this is one thing we’re not being flexible on) with a similar lifestyle - we both value having a healthy and adventurous way of life and would love to be around similar people to share stories and inspiration maybe even some adventures!

The room comes part furnished with wardrobe, drawers and side cabinets. It’s very quiet and looks out over the back garden so you can wake up to warm light, greenery and the soft chirping of birds. All bills are included but due to utility privies rising we may have to pay a bit extra in the winter months.

I’m Karenza,32, currently training to be a yoga teacher. I really value time amongst nature, I’m sensitive, creative, silly and loving - my boyfriend says I’m much like a dog! (It’s meant as a compliment I’m sure!) For any dog lovers out there!

I like to practice yoga, wild swim, hike, make clothes and art, climb and run in my spare time. I love food and get exited creating new dishes or picking flowers to add decoration to my creations!

Joe is 35, he’s a Bee keeper, gardener and has a side gig working at a Portuguese film festival. He enjoys music, camping, surfing and pizza!
