Furnished room in modern house

I’m renting a room in a lovely, modern 8-bedroom house on Bath Road (BS4 3JY). I’m planning to move out by the 15th May, but as I’m in a 12-month contract I’m obliged to find a replacement tenant for my room. The house used to be a B&B so every room has its own en-suite, and the house has a nice big kitchen. All communal areas (including the kitchen!) are cleaned by the landlord once a week so it’s always tidy. The rent is £735 per month but that includes all your bills (ex. Council tax). Currently living in the house is a mixture of professionals, PhD students, and a couple of uni students on their placement year. The gender is about half male half female. Everyone is really lovely, I’ve never had any problems for the 2.5 years I’ve lived here. I believe the contract will run until September, but you should be able to renew it no problem if you’d like to stay longer. The room is furnished and has a double bed.
