I am moving out of my room in our shared flat but I have month crossover on my two tenancies and it seems a shame having a room going empty whilst people are struggling to find housing!
The tenancy is ending on the 12th June and one flatmate will be moving out at the end of May, and the other in early June.
The room can come as furnished or as unfurnished as you like, we can even leave kitchen equipment for you if you're travelling light!
The room will be ideal for someone who is stopping by briefly, or someone that needs a place between tenancies. Must be tidy and respectful as it's not a huge flat and can get messy easily.
Happy to negotiate rent costs as I know money is tight for everyone but I just had to put a number in for the ad.
