Short-term let - Large double room - 400 pcm

Lovely bay-fronted large double available in my house in St Anne's/Brislington.

The room is available from now til 30 Oct 2015 (short term let) for 400 per month including bills, although rent is negotiable given it's a short-let.
The other housemate is called Sarah, she's 29 and very lovely.

Sarah and I are looking for a friendly, respectful girl to take my place for the month of October.

The house has a large garden, open plan downstairs living space, parking and is approximately 40 mins walk from the city centre (there are regular buses too).
